1. Appropriate use
You agree to use Course Creator only for its intended purpose — creating, delivering, and participating in courses. You must not use the platform in any way that is unlawful, disruptive, or that interferes with other users' use of the service.
2. No impersonation or data harvesting
You must not impersonate any person or organisation, misrepresent your affiliation, or attempt to collect, scrape, or harvest personal information or course data belonging to other users.
3. No excessive or unrelated notifications
Coordinators must not send excessive, repetitive, or unrelated notifications to participants. Communications must be relevant to the course and respect participants' notification preferences.
4. No unauthorised, illegal, or harmful content
You must not upload or share content that you do not have the rights to use, or that is illegal, infringing, harmful, offensive, or otherwise objectionable. You are responsible for ensuring you own or are licensed to use all material you upload.
5. Right to remove objectionable material
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to review and remove any content that we consider objectionable, unlawful, or in breach of these terms, without prior notice.
6. Right to suspend or remove non-compliant accounts
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or remove any account that does not comply with these terms, including accounts engaged in abuse, unlawful activity, or repeated breaches.
7. Content ownership & responsibility
Course owners confirm on course creation that they own or are authorised to use all uploaded material. You retain ownership of your content and grant us a limited licence to host and display it for the purpose of operating the service.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
